Warranty Statement and Returns Procedure

All Glass Expansion products are supplied with our Glass Expansion Warranty. If the performance of the product is unsatisfactory or unsuitable, we will provide a credit or refund, provided it is returned in original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Glass Expansion Warranty

All Glass Expansion products are supplied with the Glass Expansion Warranty.

Products may be returned for credit or replacement within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and returned in original condition. This does not apply to specially made or non-catalogue items unless faulty.


We warrant that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship and meet applicable specifications. Under normal use, defective products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion within 12 months of delivery. Repaired or replaced items are covered for the remaining warranty period.


The 12-month warranty does not apply to consumable or fragile items (including nebulizers, spray chambers, torches, tubing, valves, RF coils, cones, and items made from glass, quartz, or ceramic). These items are warranted only to be free from defects at the time of delivery.


This warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, incorrect installation, maintenance, or unauthorised repair. Glass Expansion does not accept liability for consequential loss or damage.

Procedure for Product Returns

If a product has been used, you will need to provide details of its use. All returned products are assessed by our technicians, and we will advise whether a credit or replacement can be issued.


Important note:

For health and safety reasons, all returned products must be free from hazardous contaminants and safe to handle. Products must be properly cleaned prior to return. Glass Expansion reserves the right to refuse acceptance or inspection of any items showing signs of hazardous contamination.
