How to Order
Orders can be made to Glass Expansion by email and phone, or through the SHOP on this website. You can also order directly from one of the companies listed under DISTRIBUTORS.
Delivery Terms
As we keep a large number of items in stock, orders are generally dispatched to you within 24 hours from receipt. Once your order is received, you will receive an order acknowledgement confirming the scheduled dispatch date. Our standard shipping service is Priority Express. If you wish to use your own shipping account, please state your account details and preferred service on your purchase order.
Government customs duties and taxes vary from country to country. Please note that Glass Expansion prices and quotes do not include the cost of customs duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes.
Payment Terms
For account customers, standard terms are 30 days EOM. Orders are processed upon receipt of a purchase order and charged to your account (unless otherwise requested).
If you wish to establish an account with us, please contact our team.
For customers without an account, payment is required prior to shipment.
We accept payment via credit card (Visa and Mastercard) and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
WEEE Directive
The end-user is responsible for the proper disposal of products in accordance with the EU WEEE directive.
